My passion and calling is teaching people self-help techniques to empower themselves when struggling with physical, emotional and mental stress or trauma of any kind.
I have been a Life Coach since 2010, after serving as a South African Diplomat (of all things! ) for 20 years.
In 2014 I joined Dr Jon Morley’s Integrative Vitali Health Çentre in Wilderness and still consult for his
patients.
I fell in love with Family Constellations in 2003, and now present workshops at Anahata and other Garden Route venues. I also do 1-1 Family Constellations at my private practise in George.
The last 23 years I trained in various energy psychology techniques. In 2010 I also certified as Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE) facilitator, which I use in combo with Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping in my private practise.
My maxim in my sessions is : Pain is inevitable in life ..but Suffering is optional.

Aka Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)
TRE is a very effective and life changing self- help tool that uses stretches to invoke shaking or neurogenic tremors while lying down. This will calm down your nervous system and lower your stress and anxiety levels. Sessions are usually 1-1 but I do Group TRE sessions as well on request.
